If you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 24 hours via email. Be sure to attach photos that clearly show the damage, along with a copy of the bill and the quantity of the damaged goods.

Our fast and secure delivery service covers the entire mainland of India. We offer a booking service that takes 2-5 working days to arrive.

We reiterate that you should not schedule any installers until your goods have been received and checked.

For orders over ₹2,00,000, delivery is FREE.

With a Standard delivery service, the delivery company will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you (unless you've already specified a delivery date in the special instructions).

When placing your order, please provide a mobile telephone number whenever possible. We may use SMS text messaging or email to send delivery information directly to you, enhancing the service we provide.
